The Hills and Hornsby Shire Councils should set up appeal panels for motorists booked for parking offences along the lines of the one successfully trialled by Parramatta City Council*, Member for Castle Hill Michael Richardson said today.

 Recent research by the South-West Sydney Area Health Service conclusively proves the benefits of walking to school, findings which should be acted on in the Hills, Member for Castle Hill Michael Richardson said today.
